If you feel that your rights have not been respected, or you have a complaint or enquiry, first contact the HelloPay directly. You can make a complaint by email, in writing to, or visit our helpdesk point in CitySightSeeing® Tourist Information Centre (5. Vörösmarty Sqr. 1051 Budapest, opening hours: Monday to Sunday 9 am – 7 pm) We will respond and try to resolve your complaint. If the complaint hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction after 30 working days, you can contact the National Enforcement Body (see below):
