If you feel that your rights have not been respected, or you have a complaint or enquiry, first contact the HelloPay directly. You can make a complaint by email, in writing to info@hellopay.hu, or visit our helpdesk point in CitySightSeeing® Tourist Information Centre (5. Vörösmarty Sqr. 1051 Budapest, opening hours: Monday to Sunday 10 am –6 pm) We will respond and try to resolve your complaint. If the complaint hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction after 30 working days, you can contact the National Enforcement Body (see below):
